Terms of Service

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out with your account or API keys. Notify us immediately about unauthorized access.

The service exists to protect software you own or are authorized to protect. You may NOT use it to conceal malware, phishing pages, credential stealers, cheat tools or any code intended to harm, defraud or spy on others. Accounts violating this rule are banned without refund, and we cooperate with competent authorities when required by law.

Plans are billed per cycle: 1 month (30 days) or 1 year (365 days, 25% off); buying multiple cycles stacks the expiry date. Quotas and per-request limits are listed on the Pricing page and enforced automatically. The monthly quota resets at the start of each calendar month (Vietnam time, UTC+7) and unused quota does not roll over.

We accept ACB bank transfer (auto-verified — the transfer content must match exactly) and PayPal in USD. All prices include 10% VAT: VND amounts equal USD × 27,000 × 1.1 and PayPal charges USD × 1.1. Activation is automatic once payment is verified.

Upgrading mid-cycle credits the remaining time and unused storage of the current cycle against the new order. Downgrading to a cheaper plan is free, applies immediately, keeps the paid-until date and forfeits the remaining credit. Extra storage ($9/GB) is added to the current calendar month only and expires with it.

The service is digital and delivered instantly, so paid cycles are non-refundable once any part of the quota has been consumed. If a technical failure on our side prevents the service from working entirely, contact us and we will restore the service or credit the affected time.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee an SLA. Maintenance, upgrades and events beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. Your data (account, settings, history) is preserved; we do not store your source code.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced on the website; continued use after the announcement means acceptance. The current version is always available at this page. Liability is limited as described in the Disclaimer.
